Chang’an Airlines Co., Ltd. (长安航空) was an airline based in Xi'an, Shaanxi, the People's Republic of China. It operated scheduled, passenger and cargo services within Shaanxi province and to neighbouring provinces. Its main base was Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, with a hub at Yinchuan Hedong Airport[1]. In Nov 29, 2007, it merged with Shanxi Airlines and China Xinhua Airlines to form Grand China Air, a subsidiary of Hainan Airlines.

The airline was established on 24 December 1992 and started operations on 1 June 1993. Hainan Airlines owns a 73.51% stake in Changan Airlines[1].
